Being consistent is the most important thing you can do to maintain a healthy lifestyle.<\/p>\n

Consistency means that you work out at the same time every day, or as often as possible, for example five times per week.<\/p>\n

If you have an injury or other reason why this isn’t possible, then try to work out at least three times per week instead of four or five days.<\/p>\n

When it comes to being consistent with your diet, choose foods that are healthy and nutritious and eat them regularly throughout the day.<\/p>\n

Aim to burn 500-1000 calories a day<\/h2>\n
